About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design, along with hands-on experience using Figma.

The candidate will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create seamless digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities

Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs.
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UI guidelines.
Translate business requirements into user-friendly design solutions.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
Gather feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs based on user insights.
Ensure consistency in typography, colors, spacing, layouts, and overall visual hierarchy.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and design best practices.
Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design.
Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, prototyping, and design systems.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards.
Experience designing responsive websites and mobile applications.
Knowledge of information architecture, user journeys, wireframing, and interaction design.
Understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and layout principles.
Ability to create interactive prototypes and communicate design concepts effectively.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
A portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX projects and design processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Familiarity with design handoff and collaboration tools such as Jira and Zeplin.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development constraints.
Experience conducting usability testing and interpreting user feedback.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and WCAG guidelines.
