    • Ensuring data quality across multiple source systems

    What success looks like

    First 30 days
    Onboard to the team's data infrastructure, understand existing Snowflake schemas and DBT models, and contribute to minor pipeline fixes.
    By 90 days
    Independently build and deploy a new data transformation pipeline using DBT and Snowflake, and participate in code reviews.
    First year
    Own end-to-end delivery of a key data domain, drive improvements in pipeline performance and data quality, and mentor junior engineers.
