About the role
Generate qualified leads and build a healthy sales pipeline. Close deals independently and achieve revenue targets. Build and grow lasting customer relationships in assigned territory. Support larger strategic deals with Regional Sales Managers. Represent the company at industry events and seminars.
What you’ll do
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and in-person prospecting
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline within your assigned territory
- Independently manage opportunities up to ₹10 Lakhs and support Regional Sales Managers on larger, strategic deals
- Own the complete sales cycle — from lead qualification to deal closure — for assigned opportunities
- Prepare commercial proposals with support from Business Operations and coordinate internal approvals
- Maintain strong deal momentum and ensure timely closure of opportunities
- Build relationships with IT Heads, Procurement Officers, and other key decision-makers

In this role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities across Government, Defence, PSU, BFSI, and Enterprise segments, manage the full sales cycle for assigned opportunities, and build lasting relationships with customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with 1–3 years of experience who is eager to grow within a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Sales Prospecting & Business Development

- Conduct regular customer visits and account reviews; identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve concerns by coordinating with internal teams. Product Presentation & Technical Coordination
- Deliver business presentations and on-site product demonstrations to customers.
- Coordinate with Presales and Technical teams on Proof of Concepts (POCs) and customer evaluations.
- Gather and relay customer technical requirements to internal teams. Government Sales & Tender Support
- Attend pre-bid meetings independently or alongside the Regional Sales Manager.
- Support GeM-based opportunities and assist with tender documentation and clarifications. Territory Management & Market Intelligence
- Plan and execute daily/weekly travel schedules for maximum customer coverage.
- Gather and report competitor intelligence, pricing trends, and customer feedback. CRM, Reporting & Operational Discipline
- Update CRM after every customer interaction; submit daily call and visit reports.
- Maintain accurate opportunity records, meeting notes, and forecasts. Brand Representation & Professional Development
- Represent the company at regional seminars, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Stay current with company products, industry trends, and continuously develop sales skills. What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales / B2B sales; experience in IT, technology, or solution sales is a plus.
- Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close deals independently.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with frequent field travel and customer-facing work.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
