About the role
Deliver projects end-to-end on time and to quality standards. Achieve project profitability through budget adherence. Instill a 'wow' factor in delivered projects. Ensure timely construction planning against annual targets. Maintain safety and legal statutory compliance on site. Build and develop capable site teams.
What you’ll do
- Own and ensure end to end delivery of projects within estimated timelines and as per quality standards
- Devise the sequence of various activities to be conducted on site in coordination with key Stakeholders
- Responsible for accomplishing profitability of the project through budget adherence, checking of estimates, BOQs and BOMs and regular auditing of materials at sites
- Ensure timely planning of construction with respect to annual targets & its completion with desired quality within budgeted cost
- Coordinate with purchase team and facilitate vendor enrolment, managing cost, approval(s) via farvision & coordination between BO &HO
- Responsible for safety, staffing, training & development of site staff and meeting all required legal statutory compliances

- If you are a civil Engineer with 15 to 22 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree in engineering (full time/regular).
- Along with a passion for quality and an eye for minute detailing are prerequisites for this position.
- MS projects understanding preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Measure success by achieving both customer delight and consistently achieving numbers.
- Should speak Tamil and Hindi both
